Question: What is the best way to get your whole body toned? I do regular cardiovascular exercise but I am not toned?
Answers:

Getting toned is a muscle thing, so weight-training is needed to tone-up(basically toning means you pump up the muscle, to tighten the skin).

You can try weights, or things like bodyweight exercises, that should help you tone up.
