Question: What's the best way to loose weight?
I'm 5'4 and I weight about 110... I mean like I don't think I am really fat.. but I want to loose some weight, I have been eating healthy and excercising for a while now,,, and that doesn't seem to being doing much, any other idea? thanks!

The answer to this is definitely to eat, but eat low calorie items and eat it in small snacks about 6 times a day. Do a lot of cardiovascular exercises which means running and doing stuff that would generally have your heart pumping. Running every morning will help or running a certain time every day. Do not ever think that if you don't eat you will become skinny, you won't, it will cause your body to store more fat. In my opinion you should run and if you want to gain some muscle, hold something about 5 pounds while your running.

Don't stop eating! Otherwise you will lose weight too quickly and that's very dangerous.
Try to eat less junk food and eat more healthily as well as exercising.
Also, try eating less carbs.
