i dont look too fat but my bmi was about 27 so i want to lose weight

Well, just try to exercise as much as you can. Go for a walk around the block. You don’t even have to get the whole half an hour of moderate exercise at the same time during the day. Take a quick walk around the block twice during the day, and you have ten minutes more exercise. Take the stairs a couple of times instead of the elevator and you are a bit closer. Try to cut some fat foods. Instead of 2 plates, take one. Just try to eat half of things you usually eat. It really works! And if you really want to lose that weight, you'll have the guts to do it ! When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey

most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).



well, i am 13 too but im a girl and im trying to lose weight too! before i looked up how to do it without diet and exercise, but i htink that it is impossible. i know this sounds pretty bad, but i dont work out that much, i just dont eat a lot. however, recently ivve been working out on the ellyptical for 30-40 mins about 4 times a week. that burns 300-400 calories btw and i eat 1000 cals a day(which i should probably eat more, but i need to look good for summer! but i wouldnt recommend eating that little for you) and ive lost 15 lbs! so yeah haha just try diet and exercise, it really is not that hard especially the working out after a while!



If you feel comfortable with your body then don't but if you want to lose weight start counting calories and eat no more than 1500 calories a day with plenty of excerise not saying join a gym but just walk and do little things :D



You're still going through purberty, so I wouldn't go on a diet too much until you're at least 16 or 17 ... you can do more exercising instead. and reducing calorie intake helps.
