Only eating McDonalds?!

Question: Only eating McDonalds?
So i just ate a small M&M Mc Flurry and a small frie. It is aobut 850 calories total. Is it ok if i don't eat anything else today? Because there is so much fat and sugar and stuff in it? I might have some fruit and a salad later but I don't want to eat too much today.

thanks

Funny thing is, the fast food industry is a gigantic influence on everyday life in the food department, and the industry will work on getting us focused on what the FDA deems nutritionaly relevant. However, calories are the least of your concern when it comes to McDonalds. LoL. Not to say that there's something in there that will clot your brain or anything. But picture your body as millions of cells that, well, makes up your body. They are microscopic little things, and microscopic foods can affect them, either for the good, the bad, or the negligible. Since cells bounce back (especially the first half of your life) you can toy around once in a while with disturbing them, like smoking a cigarette, testing your liquor thresholds at happy hour, trotting into a radiation dense swamp, etc. and not experience any long lasting effects, like fat or sagging skin or other signs of degenerating cellular activity. Anyway, McDonalds is processed foods chalked full of additives and other things the human body never knew could exist in one food item up until about the 1950's, but unless you make it your business to put McDonald's employees through college, you will easily bounce back from one day's binge. Also, check out the documentary "Super Size Me". The guy made McDonalds his sole food and couldn't even last the 30 days he was shooting for. Maybe afterward he could work for pilsbury.

The most important thing is that you don't make your body go into starvation mode. If your body doesn't get enough food, you actually start putting on weight and you put your internal organs through a lot more stress, perhaps causing damage.

Therefore, I would suggest that you continue to eat today, but perhaps focus on vegetables and protein, rather that carbs and sugars.

I've read loads of nutrition books

Splurging once in a while is ok, if it becomes regular then it's a problem. The fruit and salad is a good idea because you never want to skip meals that actually slows down your metabolism and will make you gain more weight in the long run. Also do some cardio workouts to increase your metabolism.

If weight loss is your goal I wouldn't put a McFlurry under the healthy breakfast category.
Get outside and do a fast walk for 1/2 an hour to burn these bad calories.
Always eat small meals all day long to feel full or you will just eat some other high calorie item later in the day.

There's nothing wrong with a McDonald's meal every now and then, just don't make a habit of it and yeah still continue eating!

I think you will have to take the help of doctor who tells you that how much calories are need for you

There's this guy who ate NOTHING but that for 35 years of his life. He had evidence sitting (wrappers) in his car. I'm sure you'll do just fine.

Please eat something else!

You need some protein like chicken or fish, fruits and veg like broccoli apples and carrots.

u had a little thats not bad and just cuz u eat a salad and fruit doesnt mean ur gonna be healthy exercise!!!!:]

So what diet my ***. i eat 2 mcchickens 10 chicken nuggets large soda medium fries im not fat
