Question: How to loose weight in your thighs?
Answers:

Exercise For Fat Thighs - 1: Lay on your back on a carpeted floor with your hands behind your head. Put your feet on a bench or chair such that upper legs make a 90 degree angle. Lift your upper back off of the ground and contract your abdominal part.

Exercise For Fat Thighs - 2: Lay on your back on a flat surface on a floor mat with your hands on sides of your back. Move your legs as if you are cycling. Do it for 5 minutes daily.



Spot reducing isn't really possible. Everyone stores fat in different areas of their body. You may just be overweight and losing weight overall will greatly reduce your fat stored in your thighs. You also may just naturally store the little fat you have in your thighs, and losing that could potentially be unnecessary or unhealthy. No way to tell without a B.M.I. figure or picture.
