HEALTHY. Think fruits and Vegetables. Eat at least 1,500 calories or else your body will go into "starvation" mode. Start exercising. Even just walking around the block a couple times a day is good for you!



you should certainly cut out all junk food and fast food. eat more fruits and vegetables (your choice) and drink a lot of water and eat these foods to lose the pounds:
-green tea
-fruits/vegetables
-water
-cinnamon
-coffee (if you don't drink coffee already, don't start)
-really hot/spicy or really cold foods.



eat slowly; like very slow. and you will get full faster. have a small granola bar that's 100-200 calories, and dont eat snacks, just drink water or 0 calorie fruit juices. put small proportions on your plate at dinner time, eat super slow and the carbs will kick in faster so you wont eat another bite.
