Question: I am 13 years old and I need to lose weight in one month! Please help!?
I am a cheerleader and have one practice once a week. I have been doing lunges and crunches lately afterschool, and I have been eating less junk food.I am 5 ft 2 inches, and 130 pounds. I have to lose like 30 pounds to be the amount of weight perfect for my short height, an I only have a month until I have spring break where I am going to Aruba and have to wear a bikini!

It unbelievably simple,

Eat healthy, Go to the jim AND DO AN INTENSIVE WORK OUT, not some crunches.
And if school is close enough go to school whit a bicycle or walk to school.

I'm 15 and what I do is: I teach children Judo (A sport of over mastering your opponent whit out harming him/her) and After that I have Jujitsu My self (what means ninja whit out a sword).
And you get Pretty tiered from doing that.
and I think if you do some things like this you wil lose wight.

hi, I have been having this overweight problem since I cant remember. I used to buy all types of products. Until a friend suggested this method, I had my doubts at first but I felt there was nothing to lose. I didn’t see much result until after the first week, but I felt great. now, weight means NOTHING!!! if i look at u, do u think i know u weight exactly 130 lbs? now if u want to look good, and look good in a bikini, i can help. first, u need to run constantly and lift weights. lifting weights actually burns more calories than cardio. also continue with the lunges and crunches. finally, diet. drink a protein shake for breakfast. if u dont have protein shakes, eat some eggs, whatever style u prefer. for lunch, drink a vitamin water. for dinner, eat a salad. youll be hungy, but u need to toughen up and be strong! if u find yourself hungy, do some situps. after a while you wont want to eat. make sure to not eat ANY snacks, that whole moderation stuff isnt good. oh, and about the weight. i am 14 years olds, 125 pounds, and have a six pack. im even shorter than u! (5 ft 0inches) im also a guy, but still! btw take your age off. when i was 13 and put my age on there, they would instantly delete the question because you are supossed to be 14.


my diet recomendation will give u all of the nutrients u need to be healthy, so dont worry about under eating.



I lost 20 pounds in a month and even that is pretty crazy ..this is what I did I didn't eat anything except fruit and veggies chicken and tuna and egg whites ( you need the protein from the chicken tuna and eggs). Also I ran for a half hour at least every day.



You won't be able to lose 30 pounds in a month. You just won't.
If you wanted to, you would have to do a crapload of exercise, and cut weight, but that doesn't make any sense because it's just going to come back.



I think vegetarian food is better and much lower in cholesterol.



thats not going to happen.

and if u do loose 30 lbs, that means that ur 1 lb over being considered underweight.

set a goal of loosing 10 lbs. ull be considered normal weight then.

im 5' 1.5" and 99.5 lbs is considered underweight for me.



Don't diet. It's bad for you and weight comes back anyways.. Eat in moderation and exercise.
But you're 13. That bothers me, for some reason.
