jogging or walking...?!


Question: Jogging or walking...?
is walking a mile just as good as jogging a mile? or should you jog rather than walk??

Answers:

if you body is not used to intense cardiovascular exercise like running, you should jog. If your body can't take that as well either, you should start out by walking for an hour. THen slowly increase your intensity and start jogging.

but walking is just as effective.



From the research I've read, they both burn about the same amount of calories per mile.



id rather run!!..and yeah its better
