Question: How many calories should I eat...?
to lose weight healthily and keep it off?
i'm 5'2" and 130 pounds. I want to lose 20 pounds and maintain it.

tell me how many calories i should eat to lose weight and maintain it without excersise and with excersise

Answers:

1500 a day. Do cardio and portion control is key. Stay away from junk food and pop.



I'd say anywhere from 1200-1500 depending on how active you are.
