For me, I love salads.
In school, I used to make pita bread (but you can buy your own obviously) and stuff salad in the bread and put dressing on it when I was ready to eat.
I had an apple with some nut butter (almond is my favourite) on the side.
I really don't like most commericial juices because they have a lot of sugar (some even add sugar) and non-organic juices contain a lot of pesticides. I love drinking Kombucha (G.T.'s is my fav), but they are a very acquired taste - i used to dislike the stuff but now I love it and it makes me feel great. Pure green tea or white tea (make sure it doesn't have sugar in it) are fantastic. Green tea has a tad bit of caffeine which can help you power through the rest of your day.
I am not into all the sugar laden yogurts available, greek yogurt (Fage is the best, imo) is awesome. 0% fat is so decadent but very low cal (~90 calories). If you like the lunch I gave you above, you can sub the nut butter for Fage.
2 oz fresh deli cut turkey breast
1 tablespoon regular mayonnaise
2 slices multi-grain bread
1 cup fresh baby carrots
1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese
fills me up :D :D if it doesnt, i just add a fiber bar or protein bar<3
a tuna low fat mayo sandwich. with a light yogurt and orange juice.
