Question: What else can I do to lose weight? Teenager?
I'm 16, 5'5 and weigh 115 pounds. I want to lose 20 more pounds before summer, but I'm at a hault in my weightloss. I already work out several times a week, lots of cardio and strength, and eat less than 1,000 calories a day, take diet pills, drink lots of water and caffiene to speed up my metabolish and take cayenne pepper pills to help too. What else can I do?

If that weight is accurate, you are fine. If you want to stay in shape just keep exercising and eating right. IT IS NOT healthy for a sixteen year old at 5,5 to be 95 pds. THAT is very unhealthy state of mind.

You want to be 95 pounds? Jesus christ, what the hell is wrong with you? You're all ready slightly underweight (which is fine), that's why you've hit a "halt". You're body is literally starving, and if you lose any more you'll be dangerously underweight. 20 pounds from now you'll be in a hospital bed, if not dead. And I'm not exaggerating.



you can drink acai berry juice, it helps with your weight, it helps with the calories so it will make you thinner. there is also the acai berry pill, but i like the juice more.
