How can one day of not exercising ruin 4 weeks of hard work?!

Question: How can one day of not exercising ruin 4 weeks of hard work?
and it wasn't even a full day of not exercising!
I'm trying to lose 10 pounds by June and so far it's being working our pretty well.
My work out routine is
1. 5 minute stretch
2. walking/running 2 miles with my dog
3. 10 minute stretch
4. 1 hour 30 mins. Dance Dance Revolution
(everyday)

I've already went from 130 to 124 lbs and slimmed down a little, but just yesterday I gained back 2 pounds just because I wanted to relax a day from DDR. Seriously? What kind of madness is this?

Btw, my diet is a bowl of cereal, a sandwich, then whatever my parents cook.

Answers:

It depends on what time of day you weighed yourself. Do you weigh at the same time every day? And don't sweat two pounds. These are just tiny fluctuations that take place daily. The best time of day to weigh is in the morning after you've used the restroom. But don't get too hung up on this, okay? Take it from me, it is NOT fun. ;)

hey, I had this bad eating issue for many many years that it was hopeless. I used to take all kinds of products. Until a friend suggested this method, I had my doubts at first but I felt there was nothing to lose. I saw results after 2 weeks, but I was feeling good. After that first drop of weight, which was such a great experience, I started to develop good eating habit so I could continue to keep off the fat. I couldn't believe I didn't try this sooner. Here's where I found the info: www.greatloseweightnet.tk

It Shouldn't Really Affect it Much, But It Can Make a difference if it is completely different to what you normally do, i suggest you try to hang on to the same diet :L

You weigh less in the morning and weigh more at night or the other way around i forgot which
