after a month of doing pilates and other stuff, running (PE only) and other stuff, I finally look like that, THANK GOD! Now I'm not AS fat as I was a month ago, this was what I used to look like:

really fat. Now i've lost SOME of the fat not really, but I'm worried now cause you can see my ribs?/: please don't say "gain weight" I WONT! I'm trying to LOSE it! Btw I'm still doing pilates and etc. Thanks. Btw I'm 13, and please don't say I'm too young and still growing, I kno I am, no need to tell me twice.. Or three times.

Wow!! Awesome weight loss! Congrats! Don't worry about your ribs, I weigh A LOT more than you and mine show. Also my collar bone looks really skinny like an anorexic's. It just turns out I don't carry a lot of weight over my ribs, so they're going to show anyway. If you still have fat on your thighs you can still lose weight. Otherwise your body is perfect! Nice job! :)



Duudee if that's fat, I'm like freaking obese =\ I think you look fine the way you are! You looked fine before (even kinda more healthy)...but yeah. You don't need to lose any more. ^^

***The only way you can actually tell if that's a healthy weight is to go to your doctor. BMI's are kinda close to knowing if you're at the right weight, but it also depends on the way your body is built and how much muscle you have, not just your height and weight. There's a loot more to it.



if thats the way you feel comfortable then stay the same, losing more would just be unhealthy. but if your just doing it to look good for guys, then let me advise you that guys like a girl with curvess, a butt, hips, and boobs the only way you can get this is being at a healthy weight, which your way under



Sorry, but if you lose any more weight, nobody will find you. (Not Really???) Are you even looking in the mirror? Time to see a doctor if you still think you are fat. Yes, that's right. You can see your ribs, so that means you are NOT Fat.



I don't think you need to lose anymore. As you are you still look slim and attractive but any more and you'll look skinny and unattractive. There's a huge difference between slim and skinny and skinny is not a good look.



Dude I think you should stay with the new body you got.... don't bother gaining weight but remember to be healthy don't ever be a size 0...there's no point in my thoughts....I don't get when people want to be proper skinny... its just show unhealthyishs... I might be talking bull crap but that's what I think.

no your skinny enough. Just try to maintain or keep the weight you already have.

you dont need to lose any more weight. but if you still feel unhappy, you could start lifting weights and turn some of that fat into muscle. like this girl, is ALL muscle. thats why she looks cut.
