nothing its fine, but if ud like add a sweet potato.



Salmon is high in protein and healthy fats, carrot juice is high in beta carotene. To balance out your meal, you need a complex carb, like brown rice, quinoa, or whole grain bread. You could also probably use some more variety of veggies! What about spinach sauteed with red pepper, roasted zucchini and yellow squash, or green beans with onion and tomato? The more different fruits and veggies you eat, the better variety of vitamins you get!



Add some sort of whole grain like rice, and also more vegetables. Your plate should be 1/2 filled with veggies, the more colorful they are the better. Carrot juice won''t really cut it unless it's all natural and you made it yourself, as most juices sold at stores are high in sugar and preservatives and low in nutrients.
