Am I still disgustingly fat or just plain fat?!


Question: Am I still disgustingly fat or just plain fat?
im 5'5" and 14 and i used to be 250 pounds but now im 160 pounds
i wear a size 14 in jeans

i hate my size and its hard for me to do this by myself when my mom always wants to eat fast food and treats and makes me eat them too. i get bullied at school a lot

am i just plain fat now or am i still nasty?
how much weight should i lose from here?

To answer your question, you are neither fat, nasty nor disgusting. You are unique and beautiful no matter what shape or size you are and I hope eventually, you realize that.
Being bullied is awful and I'm really sorry you have to go through that at school. Even if you ignore them, you're still very hurt by their comments. However, bullies will always be bullies even if you lose weight and look perfect; they'll always find something to hate on. With that said, I hope you eventually realize that haters will always be haters no matter what because they have nothing else better to do so please don't let them get to you too much. Build up your self-esteem a little.

I'm happy that you're doing so well in working toward your goal in losing weight. If you really feel you need a goal weight, check out an online BMI calculator. Try eating a lesser portion of the food your mom gives you. Drink a lot of water and eat more fruits and vegetables. But make sure you're doing this for YOU and not for anyone else.

I hope that in the future you won't describe yourself with such harsh terms again. Everyone's beautiful in their own way.

You are just heavy now, but congrats on losing that weight and don't give up. You only have about 40 pounds to lose to be at an ideal weight and 20 to be a healthy weight. You are well on your weigh there. Just ignore her and when she gets a teat just say you are going to take one bite of hers then eat some fruit or a yogurt. This will make her feel better about herself eating the junk food. People who eat unhealthy try to make other people eat junk food along with them and just eating a little bit of whatever they are having makes them feel better and generally they will leave you alone after it.



160 isn't fat, its just a little overweight by maybe 10-20 pounds. Bullying at school is horrible, and I know what it feels like. Getting a friend and just shrugging off insults is a good way of ignoring the anxiety. Try going to the counselor about things.
