How to lose my lower gut?!

Question: How to lose my lower gut?
I'm 5'10 or so, and about 164 pounds. I can feel and kinda see my top abs, my main problem is my lower belly fat and love handles, its not a lot, but still enough to hide my abs. Anyways, since i have spring break, im planning to go to the gym eveyr morning. What should I do at the gym, in order to put on muscle and get ripped, and a nice set of lower abs fast? thanks

Your love handles are made of fat. All the sit ups in the world is not going to make that fat go away. Even if you are "ripped" the fat will still be there. You need to balance diet with workouts to make a difference. Also, lose the word fast. You didn't get these love handles overnight. There is no "fast" way to get rid of them.

Trying to do the same thing myself. Doing awsome workouts since december 1st. My stomach muscles are like rocks but there is fat on top of them, about 1/2" only time will get rid of it. The more core muscle groups you work, the faster the belly fat goes away. Even leg muscles.

Ahhh the dreaded! Lower stomach pooch...
To see the muscle, you're going to first of all need to lose weight. To lose weight, you're going to have to eat clean. Along with eating clean, CARDIO! You need cardio to get rid of the extra fat you have on the lower stomach. Once you've lost the extra fat, if you're doing exercises such as crunches/situps/reverse crunches/etc. then that's when you'll be able to see results from such.
Good luck
