Is it a problem to loose weight fast... not on purpose?!

Question: Is it a problem to loose weight fast... not on purpose?
I'm not trying to loose weight.. but lately I have been spending A LOT of time working on the farm, and riding the horses.. I would say I spend about 5 hours a day of tense work, so it's like exercise in a way, and I have been noticing I am loosing a lot of weight, but the problem is I am already under weight as it is. I am 14 years old, 5'6 and was 100 pounds. In jut this past week I have lost 7 pounds. I'm guessing it's not that good.. I keep loosing more and more weight all the time... is this a problem? Like is it unhealthy?? And do you think I should do something about it?
Thanks!

It seems like you are losing a bit much. Are you weighing yourself on a good reliable scale? Do your clothes fit loosely now? Do you look healthy or has someone mentioned that you look too thin? I definitely think you should look into it, talk to a nurse or doctor and try eating more.

While excersising and losing weight is good, they can be bad if overdone. However, you are young and healthy, based on your description, and you shouldn't lose to much weight. In your case, you seem fine....just make sure not to lose too much weight...and eat a balanced diet based on how many calories u need a day.

No, because you cannot loose weight, ever, period.

Ah, loosing weight. Is it coming off your bones? How is it being loosened? With a crowbar?
