HELP! i binged and i need to know if it will affect my progress?!

Question: HELP! i binged and i need to know if it will affect my progress?
disclaimer: i don't give a flying rat bum if it's unhealthy, i have a disease. spare me the lecture, you're only wasting your time. i want help one day, but i'm not there yet. so back off. berating someone with an eating disorder or lecturing them is pathetic and quite tasteless)

for the past five days i've stayed under 300 calories and i've seen really promising progress - unfortunatly my dad brought home taco bell today and i binged on two tacos, and i couldn't get away to purge (which is good, since i'm trying to break the binge/purge habit and just restrict, and i've been doing well.)

it had to be at LEAST 1000 calories - how far will this set me back? you'll get ten points, a best answer and a thumbs up if you're TRUTHFUL and honest. will my body hold onto these calories? how much will i gain from this? i'm about 115/120 pounds right now and i'm 5'.

and i'm not stupid - i know doing it the healthy way is "better". like i said, SPARE ME. don't waste you time.

also, it's a myth that when i eat normally again, i'll gain it all back. i've lost weight this way before and got down to 90 pounds and when i ate normally and jogged every day, i maintained my weight. so stop spreading lies, thank you very much.

Answers:

you probably won't gain anything from eating a lot one day. in fact you probably boosted you metabolism for the day because when you go from eating a little to eating more your body goes "oh I'm getting more food I need to use this as energy" or something like that. (I'm not completely sure about how it works exactly) Anyways don't worry about gaining weight from one day of bad eating it takes 3500 calories to gain pound and you didn't eat that much lol.

and good for you on trying to break the binge/purge. and I do hope you get help someday. (I'm not lecturing I'm just sending you my feelings of hope for your well being) :)

If it's a myth that you don't gain weight when you eat normally again, then how did you get from 90 pounds to 120 pounds?
You seem to be lashing out at anyone who is trying to help you. I am 19 and just recovered from anorexia for the 4th time in my life again this year. I got down to 104 pounds at 5'9" and was extremely sick looking. I now have permanent damage to my stomach called gastroparesis, which means my stomach doesn't digest food. I can't eat anything with fat, most fruits and vegetables, most meats, and any whole grains or food with fiber without throwing up. That leaves stuff like yogurt, pudding, and cream of wheat to eat, unless I take my stomach medicine (which can cause Parkinson's). Is that really what you want for the rest of your life?
Take it from me, get help to end the cycle now or you will pay a dear price for it. And if you are doing it because you think you will look better very thin, you are probably wrong. When I was at 105 pounds, I was asked on NO dates. Now that i'm back at 130 pounds, I get asked on dates almost on a daily basis.
Please please please get help
