Question: How can I lose weight and get skinnier?
I'm a 13 year old girl and I'm 5"11 and I weigh around 150 pounds. Ya. A lot I know. But actually that's normal for someone of my age and height. Well I really want to lose weight because I'm on a swimteam and I want to make my time better. Also I want to start maybe trying to be a model. Help???

Unfortunately there is no easy way to permanently lose weight. Most people who lose weight regain it all.

If you want a life changing permanent weight loss you need to follow a maintenance diet for the rest of your life after you reach your target weight with one of the many diets you can choose from.

i cut out certain things in my diet and that helped me, also i try not to eat between meals at all and i work out. if ur a swimmer that should help. but dont go on a crazy diet cos they can make u burn muscle and nt fat and that leads to all sorts of compications. but ud be suprised hw small things cn make such a big difference such as cutting out all junk food or all fatty things like dairy.



Find ways other than eating to express love, tame stress, and relieve boredom. For instance, you might make your family a photo album of special events instead of a rich dessert, sign up for a stress-management course at the local hospital or take up an active hobby, like bowling.
