Question: Snacks to keep metabolism going strong?
So people have been saying a lot these days how eating 6 small things instead of 3 meals is good for metabolism to keep it fast or speed it up. So what are some examples of the foods because I'm kind of lost?? I'm trying to diet as well so I need to take that into consideration in eating these 6 things!

Answers:

Lots of fruits, vegetables, and nuts.They are best raw when eating snacks. There are many things that go with these foods too.
Examples:
Apple/banana with natural peanut butter
Carrots/celery with cottage cheese or humus
Handful of raisins and any type of nuts
Warm homemade applesauce with cinnamon and maple syrup
Greek yogurt with fruit (dry or fresh), maple syrup, dark chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon, nuts, basically anything natural
Eggs with vegetables and real cheese
Homemade smoothies
