Question: I am 5'6'' and weigh 110 pounds, am i okay?? how to loose fat off my thighs without affecting breasts?

okk so in my last ques i wrote 330 pounds by mistake coz i used weight converter and then one girl said- you are grossly overweight!' then i looked at the converter again and for my relief i found my weight as 110 pounds !!! lol lol
but there is too much extra fat under my hips that prevent me to wear bikini!! i feel so embarassed coz it really looks so bad and my thighs are too heavy too!
but my friend went for a diet plan that actually shrunk her breasts lol lol

how to loose those extra fat under hips without affecting breasts coz i already have small breasts lol lol like B cup so i am afraid that i would become flat! lol
please help and also suggest food to eat? i will be eating in restaurant for like 15 days so what should i order? only salads?? n what type of salads???

your weight is ok for your height .I would suggest you to start working out to get more toned and increase your muscle.For specific thighs and hips please do the following exercises along with a cardio workout.
1) Squats 15 repetitions
2) Stationery lunges 15 reps each leg
3) Sumo squat 15 reps
Diet:
1) Eat good fats (almonds,walnuts etc) as snacks.
2) Eat more of lean meats avoiding skin which are grilled or roasted.
3) For salads avoid salads which have heavy dressing and prefer salads which have olive oil and vinegar as base and not butter and cream.



You are healthy. 5 feet and 6 inches? And you're only 110 pounds?
If anything, you need to gain weight.
And there's no such thing are target weight control. You can't just lose weight in a specific area that you choose. That's not how it works.

Forget the diet. You don't need to do it.

First thing you are okay and you don't have to lose your weight and if your thigh doesn't look good then you do cycling for 30 minutes daily and rub your breasts with mustard or coconut oil after bathing then your breasts will start gaining but it will not gain much it will gain until your breasts look fit after that it will stop gaining by itself



Actually, you are a bit underweight, but nothing to horrible. losing weight should be the least of your concerns.

At 110 lbs I'd say don't worry about what you eat or losing anymore weight. You're what we call thin or slim and probably very attractive.

On your first question, you don't need to lose weight. I am only an inch or two shorter than you and my doctor said I was okay. Now to the fat that is on your thighs running, jogging, speed-walking, and biking help to get rid of the fat in the thighs. The reason is all of those work on the quadriceps (thigh muscles) well. What will happen is that slowly your body will burn the fat away and strengthen the muscles.
Now to restaurants. You can still eat what you want, just eat until you are satisfied. Most people will want to eat until they are full. However do not do so. If you do, your body will store the unneeded fats in your body.

First, ill get the last question out of the way.
Go ahead and eat what you like when you go to the restaurant, just dont eat much of it. Either that or just have one part of the meal. For example, instead of getting a burger and fries, just eat the burger OR the fries.

For the exercising, i would definately reccomend speed walking 45-60 minutes a day, or running 30. Walking would definately not decrease the size of your breats. You could also do the oh-so well known (and hated) squats, but to me its too basic, so you could do kickboxing moves or plank exercises (there are plenty across the web).

With a little motivation, you can get rid of the extra pounds in a matter of weeks.
