Is doing 15minutes of exercise 3 times a week healthy?!

Question: Is doing 15minutes of exercise 3 times a week healthy?
I'm trying to be more healthy but am struggling to find the time to exercise so....

Is doing 15minutes of exercise 3 times a week healthy?

(I don't want to lose any weight, just be more healthier since I get zilch exercise)

Answers:

Yeah, definitely. That is roughly the amount recommended by doctors as the bare minimum to keep yourself fit.

A good bit of light exercise regularly will soon start to improve your lung capacity and lower the amount of strain on your heart.

If you just want to do some light exercise I'd suggest sticking to cardio (running, cycling, swimming, rowing)

Personal experience

I do not believe that you get zilch exercise.
Hopefully, you’re not lying in bed all day long, or sitting on your sofa watching TV or using your car to go places and using the drive-through window for your banking or your dry cleaning errands like you’re a paraplegic.
Just wear a heart monitor and see how raking your leaves is the same cardiovascular effort as jogging.

I also do not believe that you have to struggle to find more than 15 minutes 3 times a week to exercise. I know people who need that much time in the bathroom, doing their business while reading a magazine!

Maybe eat more fiber and listen to your body’s signals so you’ll spend only 30 seconds there.

15 minutes a week is 45 minutes out of 10,080 minutes. If you’re only willing to exercise for 0.004642% of the time to be healthy the other 99.99554%...fat chance.

yeah! of course it is healthy. I do 10 min of running everyday becuase I'm so busy. And I combine that with healthy eating and I lost weight :)

Any exercise is better than none at all, so yes! But when you find the time, try and increase it up to 30 minutes to 45 minutes per day.

If it is more than u all ready do then it has to be better

that is okay, what wrong with you. Do you want to exercise the whole day
