which protein should i take for muscle recovery?!


Question: Which protein should i take for muscle recovery?
i want to lose some weight on my body, and i have started to go to the gym a lot and do quite a bit of exercise, mainly because i enjoy it. after a long work out my body hurts for a while. since i am in a lot of sports for my school, rugby cricket etc, my coach has told me to use protein for muscle recovery so it doesn't hurt and i can go more often. since then i have been using Whey protein after each work out. my question is that is this the right sort of protein to use, on the box it says muscle recovery and mass, but i don't want to become to stocky and i am wondering if this is the right sort of protein, also how much to have after a workout.

hi, I was having this same issue for many many years that it was hopeless. I followed all kind of diet plan but nothing works.
