Is it really better to have big hips rather than a big stomach?!


Question: Is it really better to have big hips rather than a big stomach?
Im 14 (almost 15). I have a 34 inch waist and 50 inch hips. Im 230-240 pounds and 5 foot 11. I lift weights and i have really strong abdominal muscles, which makes me have a "pear" shape. Is it better to have a bigger stomach or hips/thighs?

this shape you describe is a typical child bearing shape ideal for having children anatomically speaking but in general this is mother nature telling us what we should do.
not that we always want to do what she wants but that is why you have the shape you have.
so it is a question of living with ourselves, i have a spinal curvature which i suppose makes me quasimodo.
but i just ignore it and live my life the way i want to being over weight doesn't help so i will have to slim as it makes life less painful



Women are made to have larger hips. The extra fat is there to provide insulation during pregnancy
