Question: I LOST 2.5 STONES IN 2 WEEKS.. NOW, I FEEL LIKE DYING :| :| :'(?
I was on a diet about 3 months ago and I lost about two and a half stones over a period of two weeks.. I wasn't eating A LOT, but still had three meals a day.. and was exercising at home, nothing major.. When I was on the diet I felt GREAT, I was actually happy and I didn't hide under all my baggiest clothes.. but people kept shouting at me, saying 'you need to eat.. you'll get ill' blah blah, i was eating but they didn't really see me eat much, anyway, i began thinking 'maybe i need to eat more' because of this.. so one day i started nibbling on things.. which is the worst thing i've ever done!! now, three months on, i'm constantly stuffing my fat face with food and have put on LOADS of weight and I feel so ugly and feel like dying.. I've tried to get back on the diet so many times but it's just not happened and I don't know what to do :'(
the thing is, I have to be EXTREMELY strict with myself or I don't get anywhere.. what should I do?
I'm thinking of Joining 'Slimming World', but at the same time I'm really short of money and I don't like the idea of people helping me to lose it.. :\
I don't go out anywhere now because I feel too ugly and I hate it :'(

im on slimming world! its really good, and the thing is, ive never been to one of the meetings, i just do it by myself.
if you start you will lose around 4 lbs in the first week, then 2lb each week. and i guarantee this will stay off because you are losing at a steADY pace
basically what i eat is lots of fruit, savoury rice, jacket potatoes, beans, pasta, quorn burgers/sausages/chicken, spaghetti, homemade chips, noodles, mugshot snacks etc
trust me if you start it will be the best thing you have done :)



Since you cant go out, stay indoors and play video games

Well if people were acting that way and you were feeling great on that diet, then that's their problem. You got off the diet to plese them and now you don;t wan't to go outside because you feel you won't please them. If can be dangerous to let people have that much control over how you feel about yourself.

I used to be overweight because of medication, but when no longer needed them and got off them, I lost a lot of weight and the school had me go to the hospital because they felt I was anorexic. I actually had no intention of caring what they thought because I ate 3 meals a day and as much as I could hold without feeling ill. I only forced myself to change when I noticed I was was getting skin sores because of how bony I had become.

But don't don't let how your looks prevent you from going out. I happen to think most women look ugly anyway, but that's because I find hair disgusting. But There's actually a lot of people who like fat women, actually way way more that people who like bald women. Don't diet because of how you look, diet to be healthy. It sounds like you were doing well on that diet, and being very healthy, but it was other people that ruined it for you. If you did it once, you should be able to do it again, just don't let those peopleget to you.

I've had women actually burn themselves in order to get away from me. I'm far from being the greatest looking guy, but I'm not going to let some screaming kid get in the way of me having a peaceful walk by the lake or a watching the birds in the park.

Get a diary and write down what all you want to be like:
a)Target weight
b)Appearence
c)size of clothes you want to wear
And now make a commitment to achieve the same within a specified time period(targeted).
Also add a small cheat meal every week so as to control your cravings and stick to only one.It should ideally be not more than 750 calories.
DIET + DISCIPLINE+DEDICATION = weight loss success secret.



Hay hun.. i have done that before!!!! it is because u went so drastic and now ur body is scared of losing out again!!... u need to get ur brain strong again!
keep urself busy. DO NOT skip meals.. try to avoid sweet things as they will screw ur discipline up!...
stick to 3 meals a day for a week to get ur routine back.. its so important to have a routine.
try and run first thing in the morning too.. this will freshen u up so food wont b the focus.

Not eating or counting calories is the WORST way to lose weight. It may get it done, but you'll never develop the mind set to stick with it. A roller coaster with your weight is terrible on your heart. I don't know how up and down your weight is exactly, but if you keep this up you'll be very prone to induce a heart attack on your weakened heart, or earlier than that if god forbid something should happen to you where your life is in danger, your heart might not survive it. On someone who is as good as anorexic, even a small tear in the heart, say from a broken rib, will stretch until it's fatal. And no one wants that to happen to you.

They key to keeping weight off is dieting, not pills or starving yourself or some crash diet, but finding a balance between carbs and protein with every meal. And make sure your eating enough of quality calories, rather than cutting down on a regular diet of garbage ones. Eating an 8 oz steak with some potatoes is a great meal, and it'll keep you full. You should look up the sort of food that will keep you fuller for longer, peanut butter and bananas being my two favorites.

Contrary to popular belief, fat does not make you fat, and it's impossible to lose fat without eating fat. Sugar and chemicals are your enemies. Natural fats are good for your body, fats from animals (butter [yes BUTTER], milk, eggs) or plants (fruits or veggies) are the good kind your body needs. The bad fats come from processed food, fats like hydrogenated oils, subsitute butters, artificial sweetener, high fructose corn syrup and canola oil. If you cut or eliminate these things from your diet, weight loss and health are easily attainable.
