Question: I want to lose 100 lbs?help?
i weigh 204-207 lbs and my height is 5ft3 i want to lose 90-100 lbs by the 18th january 2012, is this possible and can you suggest what type of exercise and calories, the types of food and advice would be appreciated

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)



Timing isn't the issue, weight loss is not that predictable. First exercise, walking is sufficient, loads of it. Next, cut down on the simple carbs and fill up with loads of vegetables and protein.Eat high fibre foods to feel fuller. Next, consider how to ditch toxins. Take epsom salts with your baths, indulge yourself with sea mud body wraps and body brush daily. Have plenty of sex and be proactive.
