Weight Loss Competition Help!!! Gotta lose 10-12 pounds ASAP!?
I really need answers to help me, so please only answer if you have done something similar or have advice that will get me the results I need. My school is doing a "Biggest Loser" challenge. Before they started the competition in January, I started last August with exercising everyday, not eating after 7 pm, watching my calories and drinking more water. That's it. So far since August 2010 to present I have lost 30 pounds. I started with the competition in January. The end of the competition is this Friday. I want to win and need to lose between 10 and 12 pounds by Friday. Is there any quick weight loss thing that anyone knows of that could give me a substantial amount of loss. I know that quick weight loss is not healthy but is there any amount of exercise, food intake, etc...something that would get me to the goal. We all put in $20 to begin and the winning pot is $500. I would really like to do this so if there are some trainers, dieticians, nutritionalists, weight loss fanatics or heavy dieters that can recommend something that would help me lose 10-12 pounds by Friday April 1. I will be so grateful. Please help

Hi. That's kind of a lot of weight to lose in a short amount of
time, but it can be done. You've been doing this since January. Have you tried a cleanse of any kind? That alone could get rid of 5 - 10 pounds in a few days. Otherwise, no carbs, lots of water and at least an hour a day of walking, aerobics, or whatever you are in good enough condition to handle. Its quite a lot to loose....
Exercise heavy everyday, reduce carbs and eat salads - but a large salad for each meal.
Look at the gillian mckeith you are what you eat diet. I lost a stone in a week.
