Will i get fitter if i carry on like this?!


Question: Will i get fitter if i carry on like this?
Today i went for a MASSIVE bike ride which was like 4 hours long in total and only with a few stops.
They say you should try to aim to do 30 mins of exercise each day so i was thinking...

If i went for a bike ride of this length every sun/sat then would i get fitter? And get rid of the fat on my thighs?

OH and btw does anyone know how far it is from Bletchley, Buckinghamshire, England to Campbell Square in Milton Keynes?

Yes you will get fitter but it would be better if you could do it more than twice a week, even if you do the 4 hours sat/sun and try 30 minutes a few time during the week to keep the muscles toned. Don't know the distance you are looking for as I live in Glasgow. Good Luck.



I dont know how far those distances are, but if you keep doing that then YES you will get fitter. It is recommended to do little and often though, so try not to do a marathon bike ride thingy every weekend, just go for an hour bike ride every 4 days or so :) But yeah, you WILL get fitter :)
