Am i doing this diet thing right?!


Question: Am i doing this diet thing right?
I do cardio 6 days a week and burn 950 calories every day working out, and a few times a week i do strength training, i eat about 1,000 calories to 1200 a day. I'm trying to lose 15 pounds (of fat) so i dont care how much i weigh after this, because i know muscle weighs more.

Anyyway- any tricks or something i can and help me burn more calories ? Any advise

you have to watch this I'm a health science student and I know this is bang on! but with all the work outs make sure you get enough protein also!!
