How does this weight loss plan sound for me?!
Question: How does this weight loss plan sound for me?
During each day, drink 8 cups of water
50 situps when i wake up for school
50 sit ups when i get home from school
50 situps before i go to bed.
My classes for school goes like
1st- up stairs
2nd- downstairs
3rd-upstairs
4th-downstairs
5th- upstairs
6th-downstairs
7th- i gotta walk down a huge hill. then after that, i gotta walk up it to the bus.
How does that sound? lol
And if it sounds alright, how long do you think it will take for me to reach my goal? and yes, i am aware i cant be pigging out :)

If you stay away from carbs and sugar and such you should be good. But just doing sit-ups won't work. A little cardio and can speed things up for you if you add 30 mins of cardio and 15 mins of jogging I will give you 2-3 months (seeing if you stick to a good meal plan
your not gonna lose serious weight just by walking to classes and doing 150 situps-which arent that great for losing weight anyway
