Question: I need an exercise I can maintain for 8 hours a day?
I was thinking of this:
a) walk uphill for 1 hour
b) walk for 1 hour
c) walk uphill for 1 hour
d) walk for 1 hour
And then repeat it over again

you cant handle that, unless you are an athlete. maybe, if you are lucky you will last a week.
maintaining an exorcise for 8 hours a day will get you in shape, and destroy your body/tear muscles fast. theres other hobbys that exist other than working out. try like an hour of walking early, then some stretching mid day, maybe some weight lifting, but theres no reason to work out solid 8 hours a day, that will tear muscles and deteriorate your joints very quickly and lead to young arthritis.
And if your able to work out like that while collecting disability then go kill yourself your a scumbag for scamming taxpayer money get a job you loser.
