PRO ANA diet/buddy help?!
Question: PRO ANA diet/buddy help?
Does anyone want to join/support me do the "Russian Gymnast Diet"?
Here's the diet plan
Breakfast:
Glass of either orange or apple juice
Lunch:
Fruit Salad (made off kiwi fruit, orange, pineapple, and peeled apples)
Glass of fruit juice (from one of the above fruits)
Dinner:
Glass of non carbonated water*
Green apple
I can expect to lose 4-11 pounds a week with this diet.
I'm currently 5'7.5 and around 140 pounds, hoping to go down to 120-130.
I can only email - no phone. I'm starting tomorrow.

that's a very unhealthy, un helpful diet.
you have no carbohydrates, protein or calcium or anything?
believe me, diets are stupid,
im a teenager, and got hung up on image,
i went from ten stone to four and have spent half a year in an anorexic clinic. so just, eat healthy. but eat. healthy exercises is good too.
