Question: I need to jump start to lose 20 pounds as quickly as possible.?
I am 5'6 and weigh 268 pounds and I need to be 250 to go zip lining, I need to lose weight fast in order to go zip lining with my friends in a few weeks. Please help, I need a diet to jump start my weight.

Of course you need exercise to help lose the weight. You need cardio to burn the fat and weight training to tighten it up, of course stretching.
