thinner thighs in 2 months? help!?!


Question: Thinner thighs in 2 months? help!?
I need help with thinning down my thighs, my goal is to lose (at least) 2 inches off each thigh within the next two months. I'm in good health and all that, but from my 11 dance classes a week my thighs are getting kinda thick D; so any tips/tricks/hint/diets etc would be greatly appreciated (:
Oh and if you have any tips on how to get a flatter tummy, please do share :3

Sure.. dont eat shitty food and regular exercise. thats all to it.
Diets will only **** up you're metabolic system and cause problems in the long term.
The best diet is working out.
But to be foody like then ..
More vegetables. Seriously cut down on all cereals (even the ones that say no fat or than say will make you thin, because all cereal will make you fat and etc. ), bread, rice, potatoes. They all become sugar in your body and go to be fat .
Dont be afraid to eat meat and stuff like that. Eat till you fell full. dont torture your body.

Basically WORK OUT ..
