How much weight would I lose in a month?!


Question: How much weight would I lose in a month?
Breakfast - 7:30 - 2 weetabix and semi skinned milk
Lunch - 13:00 - Tuna salad or chicken salad sandwich and bottle of water
Snack - 16:00 - Handful of grapes, yoghurt & bottle of water
Dinner - 17:30 - Something healthy.. not junk food and water
Run - 18:00 - Run one hour then walk back then a bottle of water
Snack - 21:00 - Piece of fruit and a bottle of water
Sleep - 11:30 - 8 hours sleep

I eat ALOT of junk food and drink alot of soda too.. don't do much exercise either.
150lbs - 5ft 4

Sounds pretty good. Don't forget about having fresh veggies every day too. 1-2 pounds/week is considered normal, healthy weight loss. You may initially lose more as your body adapts to eating healthy and exercise but should stabilize at around this rate.

Tuna and chicken salad usually have a lot of calories and fat from mayo. Consider lean ham, turkey or chicken sandwiches with veggies on top instead. Hummus even makes great sandwiches. Have a variety of fresh fruits instead of just grapes for variety.



if you dont exercise, an hour run will be incredibly hard for you. maybe join a gym, or go swimming.
