Question: WHY AM I LITERALLY OBSESSED WITH LOSING WEIGHT?
Hey I'm 13 and a girl and I'm literaly OBSESSED with my body image and LOSING WEIGHT!!! Everytime we go to a restuarant or everytime I stand in front of the pantry or fridge I always think "ehh I can't eat anything I'll get too fat" or I'll pick out a few foods I want to eat and compare calories and see which has the fewest calories and eat that one. This morning I suddenly got very fat., not flabby but fat, like a potbelly!

I've gone on sooo many diets, i've even gone vegetarian, I stopped eating, I made myself puke, all of that. It all starter when ... Uhm.. I started 6th grade. But now I'm on a "normal" diet.. Meaning I don't starve myself or anything,. But I've replaced drinking water with green tea, is that bad? Should I drink both water and green tea?

In an hour I'm going to the grocery store and since I've gone through so many diets I know I shouldn't get something I most likely won't eat after about a day or two. So I've decided to get yogurt, the low cal, low-no sugar added, and grapefruit (maybe? I really hate it so I don't know)... Uhm maybe celery... Or carrots... Maybe. Probably not. Is there anything else I should get? I am aware of negative calorie foods, been there done that.

Every other day I do 30mins of pilates, lunges, squats, and hula hooping (it has bumps on the inside) and on the days I'm not doing pilates I run for 15 mins (pe) but it's only through Monday- Friday (the running) I can't go to the gym, cause of past problems with my family.

UGH! I feel so fat sometimes I wish I could just die. I worked so hard and last night I was skinny and now this morning I get a fricken pot belly type thing!?!?!?

there's a picture... I'm so fricken disgusted/dissapointed in my weight gain. That's what I look like now. I'm just so eager to follow my eating plan but time is going too slowly... Anyway please answer the questions about the green tea/ water thing and yeah. Thanks! No rude comments.

>.< Honey, you need help. From what you've written, it sounds like you have body dimorphic disorder / anorexia. This means you see your body completely different from what it actually looks like. If you keep going on thinking you're fat/overweight, it could become a big problem in the future. Its good that you work out, but when you work out, you must eat to replenish your body. If you begin to starve yourself again, you can become infertile, lose hair, become malnurished and much more.

I know where you are comming from because my sister was exactly like you, and once i realized she thought in the way you think, I got her help. She became infertile, and now can never have kids. I would die for your body. I am 5'5'' and 162 pounds, and trying to lose weight THE HEALTHY WAY. You are probably in a healthy or underweight range. I know you probably won't want to listen to me, but please take this into consideration and tell your parents, for your health

your thirteen your body doesnt fully develop yet its always going through alot of changes your are just making it worse and harming yourself take it slow and just eat normally and no water is always better



Your exercise sounds good, but drink BOTH green tea and water! Green tea will raise your metabolism but also dehydrate you. So you need lots of water if you're drinking a lot of tea/coffee.

Another good thing to get at the store is egg whites in a carton! YUM! I just had some for breakfast, you can eat 1/3rd cup for only 50 calories and it is SO filling! You could scramble them or make an omelette with some onions and mushrooms. Also mustard is the best condiment ever, forget ketchup, way too much sugar in it.

You absolutely HAVE to try Shirataki noodles. You'll probably find them in a health food store (They're also sometimes called Miracle Noodles) They are the best diet food ever. Can you imagine eating 7 ounces of noodles for 40 calories?? Seriously! They're also SUPER LOW in carbs.



your look anorexic ! dude gain weight.. anorexic is a disease its unhealthy and horrible for you. i had it before, im 13 too . im obsessed with my weight but not as much as you are. eat meat . your way to skinny girl.
