Are chinups an exercise you can do everyday?!


Question: Are chinups an exercise you can do everyday?
My boxing coach says exercises like pushups, chinups, situps, are exercises that you can and should do everyday. I have a chinup bar at home and im thinking of doing them every morning, is that good?
I know with weight lifiting you have to wait like 2 days in between training, does that apply for chinups to?

From personal experience, I have not had any adverse effects from doing chin-ups and push-ups everyday. As long as you don't overdo it. Like I said, it works for me, but everyone is different.



Just don't over do it. You should be fine
