Well, I loose about almost 5 pounds a week with just eating right. Start with a calorie number like 1000 and write down the calories of everything you eat and when or if you hit zero stop for the day if you go over subtract for the next day. Exercise is something i dont do but i will start doing and just do cardio it works everything.
diet and exercise. eat apples, vegatables and other foods. don't eat bananas, grapes mangoes, and other fruits high in sugar. do some cardio/muscle mass exercises, like dumbell jumping jacks. go on youtube and type in JILLIAN MICHEALS LAST CHANCE WORKOUT. that made me lose a lot of weight, and the hardedt exercise in the workout is push-ups! try to eat breakfast, 2-3 snacks, and dinner. good luck
