Don't stop eating, eat until you are 30% full of healthy food and then stop, drink lots of water.

Now for Fitness,

Mon/Wed/Fri- Go run 100 yard dashes at 70% speed with 1 min rest in between until you cannot run any more, do 30-50 sit ups, work your upper body. STRETCH!
Tue/Thu/Sat- Go on a 2-5 mile run at a 10- 12 min mile pace, same workout as on Mon/Wed/Fri as far as strength and STRETCH!
Sunday- Eat out, its your off day



There's no true way of only targeting certain areas, if you lose weight it falls off in layers all over the body. But simply sucking in your stomach as much as possible tightens your core.
