hasn't affected me i don't think and i drink a ton of coffee. i feel like all these men's health magazine tips and tricks are for people who are too lazy to work out and put the effort in. it's fine in my opinion.
caffeine will dehydrate you, so make sure that you drink water. if your pee is clear, you are OK. if your pee is dark yellow, you should immediately chug about 1 quart of lukewarm water.

Coffee is in its own way bad for you. Caffeine in excesive amounts lowers your metabloism greatly. They say 30mg of caffeine is a good intake because it increases happiness, but coffee has over 30mg per cup. A can of soda has 34mg, so think how much is in coffee? Water is much better for you! A person should drink 6-8 glasses of water a day to stay hydrated.
