Should I loose some weight?!

Question: Should I loose some weight?
I am 15 and 5' 2.5" and weight 144.9 lbs (gained 5 cuz it was spring break and grandparents came over so we ate out for every meal except breakfast ugh. But it will be dropped in no time)

During the week I dont eat breakfast (never do) and eat very minimal for lunch (8 crackers sometimes, and others a sports drink.) but I eat when I get home around 3:30

i dont excercise much, but I will again because its gonna be marching band season in 2 months.

Answers:

you are not FAT i am ur weight and height and i am a big athelete! so dont worry ur find! Not even close to being obease.

You're extremely overweight I think. I'm about your height and about 100lbs. And it's not like I'm stick thin, I have 32D boobs.
You should exercise by running or dancing. I wouldn't worry about dieting, except maybe eat more (because if you eat too little, your body stores everything as fat)

you should start exercise. best way to get in shapee and eat breakfast in the mroning!! most important meal of the day. i honestly think you should lose some weight... because im 5'4 and i weight 134. and i dont think its too healthhy .

It's always good to exercise and stay in shape, but you should also not be so concerned about your weight, that sounds like an appropriate weight for someone your size anyway.

Yea your weight is kind of heavy for your height.

Its also not so much how much you eat but rather what you eat. for example eating 2 bananas is better than 1 cup cake.

Yeah, unless ur buff ur ooobbeesseee

you are considered barely over weight according to the bmi index but its nothing you cant work off
