Healthy or unhealthy meals?!


Question: Healthy or unhealthy meals?
Im 5"2, 85lbs, 14, girl

Breakfast: 1 wheat biscuit

snack: half lemon

lunch: 1/4 carrot, chips, chicken snitzel (small kids size)

snack: half orange

dinner: 50g noodles

Answers:

Unhealthy, you need to add more food. Nothing crazy, but just add some fruit for breakfast and some meat for dinner and that would be healthier, I imagine the amount of calories you take is very small and you should be eating around 1200 a day and working out 3 times a week. Just because you are skinny doesnt mean you are fit!



unhealthy-grain,legumes,nuts,seeds,veget… needed
vitamins-2 serving per day from of the following 5 food group



Unhealthy! You're eating too little. For a thin girl like you, you should be eating about 2,500 calories but it seems like you're eating about only 1,300-1,500 calories



Some words of a near and dear family member: "You better eat."

I think I consume more calories than that for breakfast.

Perhaps you have an eating disorder. Why is it you eat so little???



Your very thin so I think you should eat more.
