How do you get a six pack without doing sit ups or crunches?!


Question: How do you get a six pack without doing sit ups or crunches?
Sit ups and crunches hurt my back. What are other exercises to do?

getting a six pack doesnt require situps at all.. it requires lowering body fat % low enough to see your abs thru dieting and cardio.

You hold a barbell weight over your stomache, like a really heavy one, and then you sit up and hold that position for a few minutes. And guys can get stomach muscles just from benching

Have you tried leg lifts? Where you lay on your back with your arms at your sides and then lift your legs and hold them six inches above the ground.
