teens what did u eat today?!


Question: Teens what did u eat today?
i was just wondering what teens how much and what teens eat usually. i am pretty small - no really small for my age and i wondered if maybe i am not eating enough cause i am getting all the right foods :) i also no that it could be generic but my parents are average height and i dont eat alot compared to to people at school.

please write what you ate today or normally eat as a teen:) like e.g breakfast: toast, OJ, snack: 2 biscuits ect.

Answers:

breakfast - an orange, cereal with milk
lunch - sandwich and chips
dinner - whatever's on the dinner table

if you're a healthy weight, don't worry about it. you'll be jealous of your old self when you get to college and can't seem to stop gaining weight.



Most of the time
Breakfast: Pancakes and milk or cereal with milk or just a cup of milk
Lunch: Blueberry bagel with cream cheese or sandwich with ham or nutella
Snack: Snapea Crisp and Babybel light cheese oh and macaroons( i only eat this like once in like a long time), those 100 calories snacks pack
Dinner: Fried Rice with some chinese things(today) but usually i have a sandwich i made or brown rice with some other food
Drink: water(most of the time) and orange juice (once in a while)
Fruits: Strawberries, rasberries, blackberries, mango, banana, tangerine, oranges, apples or watermelon



Breakfast: Granola w/ skimmed milk and a pear
Lunch: Sandwich (2pce whole wheat bread, skinless non-deli chicken, sliced block cheddar, spinach)
Snack: a few dried cranberries
Dinner: Salad (green leaf lettuce, home-made vinaigrette, and moooaaarrr chicken, mmm)
I also had two little tarts with cubed pear in them for dessert. o.O Ungh. And 7 cups of water (although you should drink 8-10 daily...).



Breakfast: Omelet with cheese
Lunch: Multi grain cheerios (yay)
Snack: Fruit snack
Dinner: Some Stoffer's brand food
Later: Frozen yogurt
A little more later: Triscuits

I usually eat about 8 times a day though (5 snacks, 3 meals), so this is a little less than normal.

breakfast: 1 egg+ 1 wholemeal slice toast

lunch: 1 cookie or 1 glass milk or juice

dinner: meat+veg or noodlles

14, girl, 5"2, 85lbs... (me)



I'm probably no help.. but
Breakfast; 90 calorie breakfast bar
Lunch; apple
Dinner; maybe 50 calories of whole grian blueberrie chips.

Snack: Cookie
Dinner: Salad, Peas, Mac n Cheese

and a whole bunch of water and tea...the good kind of tea lol
