Answers:

I'm 13
A bit more then 120 pounds
5'7
I'm australian by the way

I am always counting calories and watching what I eat because I'm never comfortable with my body. I was sick home today so I pigged out a bit hahhaa so here it is:

Breakfast
- 3 pieces of toast with vegemite and butter
- Hot lemon and honey drink

Lunch
- leftovers of half a chicken breast and potato bake

Snacks
Le rice
Brioche
Milo (with lots and lots of milo)

And yeah then I'll just have dinner and a fruit yoghurt after dinner

Usually if I wasn't sick I would go for a run to the beach and back which is about 2kms and I would only do that about 4 days a week. Also I play a basketball game once a week and have training once a week.

Hope I helped :)

For breakfast every morning, I have water since I've no time before school. For lunch I have the terrible worse-then-prison-quality food they have there and once in a blue moon, if I have a dollar, I have a cookie with it. When I get home I eat whatever I can, some buttered toast or tuna when we have it, then for dinner around 12 AM I usually have cereal. Honestly I don't think I eat enough but that's what I eat normally. Hope I helped.

Every day.

Breakfast: biscuit and banana
Lunch: at school - sandwich, pretzels, cookies
Lunch: at home (when I get home from school) - usually chicken and a vegetable with dessert
Lunch: at home (on weekend) - pizza or some type of pasta with dessert
Dinner: (which I don't eat on school days) - some type of meat and vegetable with dessert
And I drink either water or milk

breakfast: cereal
lunch: toast
Dinner:steak
