It all depends if you feel fat or not. If you want to loose weight then exercise and eat healthy. Weight lifting will get you more muscle that will burn more fat.
If you want to lose weight, the best way to do it is through diet, and exercise.
I'm sure you already know that, so let me suggest some things that worked for me.
If you have money i might suggest you purchase "Insanity" by Team Beachbody.
It's a cardio workout program that you do every day. It worked wonders for me.
I did it for two months and lost a total of 29 pounds.
if you can't afford it i would suggest this. go running or swimming or do some form of cardio for 40 minutes, everyday, or every other day.
drink water, and give up pop.
It's very important that along with this workout you eat no more than 1700 calories a day. My suggestion is when you do this to eat it in 4-5 meals. broken down into about 300-400 calories a meal.
If you follow the above and stick to it you will lose weight over time.
