Have any of you tried this, if so did it work?

if you never exercised before, you will some SOME results in 2-3 weeks, but they won't be that amazing. Then you will exercise with no results at all, because your body will get used to it, and you will not be getting a think waist, you will stay the same!
More so, you are thin, so it's difficult for you to burn fat. This exercise will be amazing for an overweight person who never exercised before.
Ii recommend you to use a barbell instead. Do the same exercise with it, start slowly, be careful. You won't be able to do a lot of reps at first, but by and by you will, and that is when you will see amazing results.
