Should I gain weight by eating 4-6 times eggs a day?!

Question: Should I gain weight by eating 4-6 times eggs a day?
I've been really wanting to gain weight these days. I wanted to gain weight but I don't want to do weight lifting like going to gym. I tried like 3 sessions going to gym and it felt like your tired but you feel good in the same way. I stopped going to the gym because my doctor does allow me. ( I have this mild dextroscoliosis on my back )

I don't want to get muscles for now... fats will do I think because at my age (18) and height (5.9ft) I really look so skinny and that skinnyness eats all of my confidence. So, is eating 4 eggs a day gonna help me?

Answers:

No, eggs contain a natural fat and hormone that counteracts insulin (the hormone that stores the sugar in your blood as fat) and makes you lose weight. It's a wonderful choice for those looking to lose weight, but for gaining it, look for starchy carbs, wheat and pasta. You need to eat more carbs, because carbs turn to glucose in your body (glucose means energy) and unused glucose gets stored as fat. Healthy food like yogurt, whole wheat bread and orange juice turn to sugar in your body, and if you want more fat, try eating them too.

But I really would recommend working out, so you can look better. Working out doesn't burn fat, and it doesn't replace the fat with muscle with the wave of a magic wand, it only builds muscle beneath the fat, so you'll get larger, and have a healthier shape, quicker. Eat lots of protein after working out to recover quicker and rebuild your muscles faster. You won't feel so fatigued or sore with lots of protein.

no, 4 eggs will definitely not help you! eggs actually will help you to loose weight! you need to eat more carbs (whole grain - bread, rice, pasta), avocados, and healthy oils (olive oil, coconut oil, flaxseed oil, sesame oil, hemp oil). remember: protein helps you loose weight, while carbs help you gain weight.

No. Eat a varied diet of protien and carbs.
