How could I lose ~20lbs in 2 months?!


Question: How could I lose ~20lbs in 2 months?
I'm 13, 5'2 and weigh about 118lbs.
How many calories per day should I eat, and how many calories should I lose?

At 5'2 that is a healthy weight. 20 pounds would be way to much to lose especially in two months. If you want to just tone up a little, try doing some cardio (running, cycling, swimming) in the morning. This will kickstart your metabolism. Also diet is the most important. Eat smaller meals throughout the day. 4-6 meals with a good balance of carbs(pasta, potatoes, etc.), proteins, and fruits and veggies. Also do a littlebit of weight training in the afternoon. small weight lots of reps. You will tone up in no time and will easily be happy weighing 112-115.

Exercise addict!



For starters, you can't.
Too much pressure on your body.
Second, you're already at a decent weight, and you don't need to lose more.
If you don't want to gain more weight, try jogging or jumping rope three times a week to keep the body moving.



we have the same prob. i was told to eat nothing but small frequent meals consist of crackers and fruits plus lots of water plus exercise
