You cannot safely do this. Try being less lazy. Eat proper things and in the right portion sizes and start walking or other forms of excersize. The weight will come off like that.

Hi there.
I think it would be best it your goal was 20-30 pounds of weight loss in 3 months.
Its going to take a lot of work just to lose that amount.
What I figured out that its best to exercise on an empty stomach, that way
you are burning the fat that is actually visible to you.
If you eat something or just don't have an empty stomach at the moment and
then work out, you will be burning the fat that you just consumed.
I lost 5 pounds in one week by doing this.
But remember its not only that you have to do, eat very healthy and keep active.
hope this helps

There is no lazy in weight loss.
You have to be ready, and willing to do it.
Eat healthy, TODAY! Start today if you reallllllly want to lose it in 3 months, you have no time to spare.
Excercise, TODAY! Start by running/jogging/brisk walking 2 miles (you cant start low if you wanna lose all of that weight in this amount of time)
Drink 8 cups of water per day. It keeps your metabolism going strong all day long.
Good Luck :)) i have faith in you!

HCG the stuff really works I am currently losing around 2lbs a day no exercise Google the stuff its a natural hormone but you really have to stick to the instructions for use for it to work! HCG 123 oral drops

HCG 123

not going to happen.
try being more active, go for more walks. eat less junk food.
Give yourself six months before you'll see any great improvements
Good luck

I don't think diet pills would be good for you at so young an age. I personally recommend what I do. That is using the web site www.livestrong.com and keeping track of my calories. I started by just entering everything I ate for 3 days, not trying to change it. Then I started to see what areas I needed more or less of. Such as needing more protein in my diet.

Then I added drinking more water, and eating less calories. I found that sticking with a reasonable amount of calories, so I didn't get overwhelmed was best for me. Then I added in a fun exercise. For me that is a Zumba dvd. I started trying to do the dvd 2 times a week, till now I do it about 5 times a week. I hated working out when I started, but soon I got almost addicted to the happy energetic feeling I had the rest of the day after I worked out. I lost 70 lbs this way after each of my babies were born. It only took me a few months with the first kid, and a little longer with the second.

The most important thing in whatever you decide to do is consistency. Also make sure you do not make your goals so difficult you cannot really stick to them. Actually reaching your goal is the real point. Not in how many months it takes you to achieve it.
